Exquisite and satisfying cuts from our pasture-raised sheep and lambs, including loin chops, shoulder chops, breast/ribs, riblets, shanks, roasts, leg of lamb, etc. also available are whole and half lambs ready for the spit/rotisserie.

Our Pork
Kune Kune, Landrace and Berkshire hogs make some of the best tasting tenderloin, chops, roasts, bbq, baby back ribs, bacon, etc. Kune’s are pasture grazing pigs from New Zealand and considered to be ‘free-range’.

Our Ducks and Geese
We raise Pekin Ducks (USA) and Embden Geese (Germany) which provide the most delicious and highest quality water fowl meat available. Whole birds and cuts (skinless breasts, legs and thighs) available. Embden goose is the perfect culinary experience for special occasions and holiday meals.

Our Chickens and Turkeys
We raise Cornish cross meat chickens, broad breasted bronze and white turkeys and heritage breed Spanish black turkeys. Birds can be sold as whole, half bird, or preferred cuts (breast, leg and thigh). Pre-order for Thanksgiving and Christmas, $30 deposit required, these will sell out.

Our Goats
Our goats are a mix of Boer, Alpine and Nigerian Dwarf. Like the lambs, goat meat is available as whole and half (ready for the spit/rotisserie) or preferred cuts - loin chops, shoulder chops, roasts, breast/ribs, ribletts, stew meat, etc.
